The UBRAA Professional Development Program was created in 2022 to provide support to both current UB Rugby players as well as the broader UB Rugby alumni community. 

 

The goal of the Program is to facilate connections between former players, current players, and members of the extended UB community that help advance professional development objectives within a chosen field of interest or industry. Support may include job referrals, internship opportunities, job shadowing or simply learning about career.

What we did:

Over the summer of '22 the UBRAA conducted a survey of the current team to learn about their academic and career objectives as well as identify interest in professional networking and development support that UBRAA alumni can offer. 32 students that played last year responded.
