Created in 2022, the UBRAA Professional Development Program is dedicated to fostering meaningful connections between UB Rugby alumni and current players, creating opportunities for growth, mentorship, and career advancement. By using the experiences and expertise of our alumni community, our goal is to create lasting professional relationships and support the ongoing development of both alumni and current players.

 

The UBRAA has partnered with UB to leverage their alumni networking portal, where UBRAA now has it's own page for UB Rugby alumni and players to connect, engage, and network in a dedicated professional development forum.

The goal of the Program is to facilitate connections between former players, current players, and members of the extended UB community that help advance professional development objectives within a chosen field of interest or industry. Support may include job referrals, internship opportunities, job shadowing or simply learning about career.
